Death Cab For Cutie’s new album came out yesterday. I haven’t gotten a chance to pick it up yet.

Narrow Stairs

The first single from their new CD is called “I Will Posess Your Heart.” It is 8 minutes and 31 second long, and the vocals don’t start until about 4:46. Just watch the music video. DCFC never dissapoints! Unless you’re not into this sort of thing. Then it will probably make you fall asleep.

Whatever. I like it. It’s different than what they normally do. It’s not one of their bests, but I sitll like it. Kind of. I need to buy the album and listen to the rest of it before I decide anything. But like I said before, it’s Death Cab. They never fail :]

Yesterday was also THE CAB’s album release! I haven’t had a chance to pick it up yet, but I’ve been listening to a couple of the songs online, and I already love it. It’s like their sound, only with added bouncy/hip hop beats that sound really cool. Yes kiddies. The moment you’ve all been waiting for. Forever The Sickest Kids is releasing their BRAND NEW full length album titled “Underdog Alma Mater” tomorrow! WOOOOOOOOOO!
This album actually leaked out onto the internet a couple of weeks ago. Being the sneaky sneaky snake I am, will admit that YES i did download it. HOWEVER, I am a huge fan of these guys and would never cheat them out. Which is why tomorrow I am heading on over to Target and buying a copy of their album. I absolutely love it. It’s catchy, dancey, and up-beat. Their sound is like a mix between pop-punk and techno beats. I had the amazing opportunity of meeting these guys and seeing them live. They are seriously some of the sweetest and funniest guys I’ve ever met. Not to mention, they are AMAZING performers. Their stage show is full of energy and crazy dance moves that only a monkey on crack would attempt. And no matter how tired they are, they always give 110% which is one of the main reasons why I love them so much.
